An experienced analyst and consultant in individual and team work, Nada has coached leaders in significant global and national organisations such as the Prudential, AstraZeneca, the Norwegian Health Service, and the Nordic Council of Ministers. Her private client base includes significant individuals in the United Kingdom and in the United States.
She is a results focused consultant for USA, UK, Nordic and Balkans financial, health, law, pharmaceutical, educational, and professional services organisations on leadership development, team development, people assessment, talent and change management and group dynamics.
As a semiotics and Education expert, Nada designed and national competency based curricula for the EU..
She has led a longitudinal development coaching program for senior medical professionals of the Norwegian Health Service and has consulted and coached at Rogaland A – Senter in Stavanger in Norway, having also designed the trilateral projectCoaching in Education, Nordic Council of Ministers, Centre for Quality Education, and GSO.
A University lecturer (Docent) at Belgrade University of Arts, Nada is a recognised speaker on number of topics at international conferences including UNESCO, the Norwegian Health Service, and the Council of Europe).
Nada’s research is focused on patterns that create logical premises and govern behaviour and on ways of creating postive development and measurable change for individual sand teams. This work creates the platform for transformational growth in individuals, group and organisations.
